New Faces Development Center, Inc., "NFDC" and eClick Interactive, "New Faces.com" , have finalized the settlement of the trademark dispute. Both companies have agreed to the settlement so they can each focus on their own respective businesses. Under the terms of the settlement, NFDC has agreed to transistion to a new name that will eliminate any confustion, and New Faces.com has agreed to remove from its website any and all information relating to NFDC except for this joint statement. Both parties have agreed to refer only to this statement in response to any questions concerning this matter or to one another. Both parties have also agreed that they will not disparage one another, and each shall direct those under its control that they are prohibited from making such statements as well.
